职位描述及要求：
Duties工作职责
 Define the Production Plan considering the production capacity and the customers demand, minimizing the working capital
 Monitor the logistic KPI
 Guarantee the customer satisfaction ensuring a continuous interface
 Guarantee the continuous improvement in the logistic flows, minimizing the economic impacts of the logistic activities
 Responsible for the contracts management with logistic/transport providers, ensuring the continuous improvement in the cost/service breakeven
 Evaluate the rack needs and manage the purchase according with the Plant Technical Support
 Support the plant to manage troubles with suppliers
Qualifications任职要求
 Bachelor or above degree
 8 years and above relative experience in Logistic Field
 Deep Logistic background and knowledge of manpower analysis (efficiency, productivity, production cycles, etc)
 Familiar with project management tools and experiences in training activities
