SAIC Fiat Powertrain HongYan Co. Ltd. is a joint venture enterprise established by three parties of SAIC-IVECO Commercial Vehicle Investment Co. Ltd. , Fiat Powertrain Technologies and Chongqing Heavy Vehicle (Group) Co., Ltd. The company was established in June 2007 and locates in CETZ, Chongqing .

The business of joint venture will be to design, develop, assemble and produce the engines and their parts and components, and supply spare parts and related after-sale services.
