职位描述及要求：
Duties工作职责
1. Investigate auto markets and supplier bases, work with home organizations to develop sourcing recommendations.
2. Review supplier plants with quality personnel and engineering assistance to analyze facilities, commodities and capabilities. Identify suppliers that can be developed. Develop commodity expertise.
3. Lead coordination with suppliers to submit request for quotations and provide input required for making sourcing recommendations.
4. Evaluate request for quotations for completeness, assurance of competitive pricing from suppliers and understanding of cost drivers.
5. Through market tests and negotiation, negotiate globally competitive commodity cost.
6. Lead development and execution of supplier launch plans to assure that suppliers meet required In Plant Dates. Assure commercial issues are resolved in support of launch plans.
Qualifications任职要求
1. Bachelor or advanced degrees.
2. Minimum two year relevant work experience on commercial or production purchasing.
3. Excellent in reading, writing, speaking of English.
4. Experienced in using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software.
5. Mature interpersonal skills, communication skills, pleasant personality, organizing ability, coordinating ability, team work spirit and efficient.
