职位描述及要求：
Duties工作职责
 •Investigate auto markets and supplier bases, work with home organizations to develop sourcing recommendations.
 •Review supplier plants with quality personnel and engineering assistance to analyze facilities, commodities and capabilities. Identify suppliers that can be developed. Develop commodity expertise.
 •Lead coordination with suppliers to submit request for quotations and provide input required for making sourcing recommendations.
 •Evaluate request for quotations for completeness, assurance of competitive pricing from suppliers and understanding of cost drivers.
 •Through market tests and negotiation, negotiate globally competitive commodity cost.
 •Lead development and execution of supplier launch plans to assure that suppliers meet required In Plant Dates. Assure commercial issues are resolved in support of launch plans.
Qualifications任职要求
 •Bachelor or advanced degrees.
 •Minimum five years relevant work experience on commercial or production purchasing.
 •Excellent in reading, writing, speaking of English.
 •Experienced in using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software.
 •Mature interpersonal skills, communication skills, pleasant personality, organizing ability, coordinating ability, team work spirit and efficient.
