供应商质量管理工程师Supplier Quality/IQC Engineer — 阿尔斯通四洲电力设备（青岛）有限公司
职位描述及要求：
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: 主要责任
1.Prepair the incoming inspection plan to instruct the IQC inspector how to implement the field inspection.
编写检验计划 以指导入厂检验员进行现场检验。
2. Training inspector to make inspector understood the relative inspection technical knowledge and the acceptance standard.
负责培训检验人员以便相关人员理解相关的检验技术和接受标准。
3. Will be responsible for the supplier quality system audit to qualify the vendor
在新供应商确认阶段负责供应商的质量系统审核。
4.Communicate with the vendor for the NC components/material, . follow up the corrective/preventive action from vendor
针对不合格的原材料与供应商进行沟通，并跟踪供应商的纠正/预防措施实施情况。
5. Collect and analysis the quality data on components /material and provide the feedback to vendor periodic to ask the vendor for continually improvement
收集分析原材料的质量数据并定期反馈给供应商，督促供应商持续改进。
7. Identify and assess the existed /potential requirement on measurement tools and raise the purchasing application. .
识别并评价已有的/潜在的测量工具需求，并提出采购申请。
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, & COMPETENCIES: 知识，技能，经验和资格
1. With more than two years experience on supplier quality control in relative fields, such as mechanical, electric, petroleum equipment etc.
在相关领域有2年以上的供应商质量管理经验，譬如机械，电气，石化等行业。
2. Be familiar with ISO1SO9001/ISO14001/OHSAS18001 system, With strong communication skills
熟悉ISO1SO9001/ISO14001/OHSAS18001系统，具备较强的沟通能力。
3．Good English on writing/reading.
英语读写熟练
4 Good computer skills, word, excel etc.
电脑操作熟练
5. Registered National Quality Engineer is preferred
. 具备国家注册的质量工程师资格的优先。
6．College or above , more than 25 years old.
大专以上学历，年龄25岁以上。
