质量系统工程师Quality System Engineer — 阿尔斯通四洲电力设备（青岛）有限公司
职位描述及要求：
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: 主要责任
1.Maintain and improve the quality system to comply with Alstom’s requirement.
维护改进公司的质量系统以与阿尔斯通公司的要求保持一致。
2. Prepair the internal audit plan and implement it as scheduled .
准备内部审核计划并按照计划实施内部审核。
3:Be responsible for the external audit, such as customer audit, the third party audit etc.
负责外部审核的接待，譬如客户审核，第三方审核等。
4. Follow up the CPA to make sure the corrective/preventive action was done well and effectively.
跟踪各部门的纠正预防措施的实施情况，确保措施得到执行且有效。
5. Quality system document control
负责质量体系文件的控制
6. Quality system training for relative level employee.
对各阶层员工进行质量系统培训。
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, & COMPETENCIES: 知识，技能，经验和资格
1. With more than two years QS experience in relative fields, such as mechanical, electric, petroleum equipment .etc..
在相关领域有2年以上的质量系统建立维护和改进经验，譬如机械，电气，石化等行业。
2. Be familiar with ISO1SO9001 system, the certified registered ISO9001 auditor is preferred.
熟悉ISO1SO9001质量系统，具有注册审核员资格优先。
3．Good English on writing/reading.
英语读写熟练
4 Good computer skills, word, excel etc.
电脑操作熟练
5．College or above , more than 25 years old.
大专以上学历，年龄25岁以上。

Sizhou was the first company of its kind in China to get ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS 18001 Certificates. The Company applies advanced production and testing equipment during manufacturing and quality control.
Sizhou’s products have won more and more customers due to superior quality and project specific designs. At present, there are more than 500 Chinese customers using Alstom Sizhou’s products. The products are also exported to foreign markets such as the US, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, India, Philippines, Egypt, Bangladesh, etc.
