职位描述及要求：
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Maintain and improve ISO14001& OHSAS 18001 system to comply with ALSTOM system
2. Will be responsible for the internal /external audit,
3. Liaison with the external certification body for annual surveillance and periodic renew audit
4. Daily review EHS status in field, find the potential danger, reduce the EHS risk.
5. Training and make relative employee understand the EHS requirement.
6. Incident/accident investigation, make propriety corrective /preventive action for Non-conformance to prevent it happening again.
7. Job safety Analysis for relative positions, Identify and equip the propriety individual protection device.
8. Weekly/Monthly EHS data collection and statistic.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, & COMPETENCIES:
1. With more than two years HSE experience in relative fields, such as mechanical, electric, construction, chemical etc.
2. Be familiar with ISO14001 & OHSAS18001 system, Certified ISO14001/0HSAS18001 auditor is preferred.
3. Good English on writing/reading.
4 Good computer skills, word, excel etc.
5. Registered National Safet6y Engineer or Environment Engineer is preferred
6. College or above , more than 25 years old.

Sizhou was the first company of its kind in China to get ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS 18001 Certificates. The Company applies advanced production and testing equipment during manufacturing and quality control.
Sizhou’s products have won more and more customers due to superior quality and project specific designs. At present, there are more than 500 Chinese customers using Alstom Sizhou’s products. The products are also exported to foreign markets such as the US, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, India, Philippines, Egypt, Bangladesh, etc.
