职位描述及要求：
Responsibility:
--Purchase of office furniture, office stationery and office building related equipments and consumables;
--Purchase of workshop related consumables, protection items, and other indirect material.
--Close best value purchase through competition and negotiation with supplier;
--Monitor and improve supplier delivery performance;
--Ensure on time delivery of ordered goods;

Qualifications:
--College degree or above, preferably with mechanical or electrical major;
--Capable of writing and reading in English, good spoken English will be a plus;
--3 years experience at least in foreign investment company;
--3 years experience at least in purchasing line of duty;
--Good control of business negotiations and supplier performance;
--Knowledge in SAP or other MRP based production system is a plus;

It is located in Xiamen Tong’an Chengnan Industrial Zone, covering an area of 106848 M2 with a total investment of U.S. Dollars 50 millions.
