职位描述及要求：
Main Responsibilities:
Initiate,develop and manage projects in global supply chain solution
Search,identify,evaluate,and qualify new competitive suppliers in China
Negotiate price,payment terms,delivery schedule,contract terms with suppliers
Coordinate prototype/sample building, design and engineering, production schedule,freight logistics,etc.
Assist in new product design and development,outsourced components purchase
Conduct supplier performance auditing and supplier quality systems improvement
Manage monthly project reports and supplier database
Communicate with project leaders in US
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or other engineering fields
Minimum 2 years experience in supplier identification, development, and management
Experience in international trading, manufacturing, engineering design, global logistics is preferred
Experience in wire and sheet metal fabrication, plastic and aluminum molding is preferred
Knowledge of creating 2-D drawings and 3-D models of mechanical products
Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a dynamic business environment
Strong inter-personal communication skills with professional spirit, language,and appearance
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Languages-fluent in technical/business English (written)
Computer literacy including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project,and some CAD software
