Job Description:

Oversee all aspects of high volume accounts relating to the transportation of goods and the maintenance of the client's needs. Work with clients to establish detailed profiles and procedures.


Trace and track customers' freight.

Stay in contact with the carrier, trucking companies and any agents that will be handing the freight to keep both shipper and consignee aware of any problem.

Provide proof of delivery.

Responsible for taking pickup and data entry work

Handle all daily customer service requests.

Enter shipment data in system and run, maintain, and file reports

Prepare rates and invoices HOWBs.

Prepare and assist quotes for customers.

Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience


Bachelor Degree

2+ year's previous work or industry related experience.
