L-Fashion Group is a group of companies specializing in the designing, marketing and production of textiles in Finland. It consists of four divisions, each of which is operating in its own business area: fashion clothing, sports clothing, trading and retail. The company was established in 1907.
The group is one of the biggest clothing companies in Scandinavia. Sales revenue in 2004 was about EUR 160 million and the number of the employed ca. 1600. The group has own production in Finland, Portugal, Estonia and Russia and distribution centers in Finland, Portugal and Germany.
The oldest and the most famous brand of the group is Luhta. Other brands known in Europe are Rukka, Skila, IcePeak, Torstai, Ril's, Story, Big-L, Beavers and O.i.s.
The group exports to over 40 countries altogether. The most significant export countries are Germany and Sweden.
