任职要求： 1.Qualification
a.Bachelor degree in garment.
b.Minimun of 10 years experience related to garment manufacturing, of which at least 5 years in manager capacity.
c.Sound knowledge with garment manufacturing,material planning,and production functions.
d.Demonstrated managerial and leadership capabilities,and people management skills.
e.Proficiency in spoken and written English.
f.Sound knowledge with new garment factory setting up.

职位职责： 2.Brief Description of duties and work to be performed.
a.Hands-on,manage day-to-day production activities to meet expectation on quality,costs,and delivery.
b.Develop staffing and plans to support product transfer from HQ to Suzhou.
c.Coordinate equipment purchase,setup,and qualification;Communicate with HQ functions for process and documentation transfer.
d.Establish and coordinate operator training and development programs to improve productivity.
e.Provide and maintain a safe and health environment for the subordinates in the workplace.
f.Contribute ideas to develop a long term strategy for China operation.
g.In charge of the production,maintenance,supplier chain,workshop,etc.
