We introduced our company as one leading manufacturer for lighting items based
on three sub-factories:

1) Ningbo Klite Electric Manufacture Co.,Ltd. , manufacture for CFL lamp , Electronic ballast and fluorescent fixture, which we have 100% ownership.

2) Haining Jiadi Lamps Co.,Ltd. , manufacture for CFL tube, incandescent lamp, which we have 50% ownership.

3) Ninghai Ronghua Floodlight Co.Ltd, manufacture for die-casting aluminium floodlight, high-bay light, street light and plastic body for fixture, which we have 30% ownership.

Furthermore , there is a branch in Guangzhou dealing with the business in Guangdong Area ; In Shanghai , we have R&D Centre , which have 4professional engineers from electronic ballast and CFL lamps from Philips. In Hongkong , we also have a trading company to handle the business .

The total turnover of our company  is 60M USD in 2006, 40M USD is exported from Klite Industrial Holding Company ,which is our sub-company for import and export.  Another 20M USD is for other trade companies. We would like to confirm that 90% of our products are for export. And 70% of our products are to Europe.


We confirm that our management system is under ISO9001/2000 strictly and 5S system. Our production/social, environment responsibility system have passed the factory adult from B&Q UK for Klite electronic manufacture Co.,Ltd.
