1. Having a degree or graduated in mechanical engineering majors(technical backgrounds) with previous experiences in similar position.
机械工程专业毕业（背景），有相关工作经历。
2. Good knowdge of mechanical process, such as machining, metal stamping, finishing, plastic injection, Die casting, heat treatment, forging, sintered metal, etc.
晓知各种加工工艺，如精加工、冲压、表面处理、注塑、压铸、锻压、粉末冶金、热处理等。
3. Have knowdge of electronics.
对电子产品有一定了解。
4. Fluency in English.
必须精通英语。
5. Familiar with the CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.
熟悉CAD设计软件，如SolidWorks, AutoCAD等。
6. Responsible for the day-to-day commmunication with customer.
负责与客户的日常沟通。
7. Evaluates technical requirements and assigns appropriate technical resources, manage and utilization of technical resources for product development.
评估项目的技术需求，指定、领导、管理合适的资源发展产品。
8. Provide technical assistance and support to product development when necessary.
在适当的时候能够提供技术支持。
9. Strong attitude for integration, cooperation and team work.
