职位描述及要求：
-Offer support to the Project Teams regarding the introduction of new or revised tooling. Responsible for ensuring that toolmakers proposed process line-ups are refined to the optimum levels for the benefit of the business
-Using the Sertec tooling specification to make sure that all toolmakers' designs and manufacture techniques stay within the Sertec quality boundaries and to the Sertec standard
-Offer key support to the Project Teams regarding product design feasibility both before and after orders have been issued
-Find the most ideal toolmakers used for new or revised models depending on technical level of the product
-Formally report overall work status as and when required to the Project Manager.
-Communicate regularly and effectively with the UK management team ensuring that the key personnel associated with the project are kept fully aware of Sertec's progress and any key issues relating to the tooling.
-Ensure that all new or revised tool trials at toolmakers or manufacturing site are witnessed and relevant paperwork issued. Any tooling and manufacturing opportunities are recorded and the relevant work done.
Skills & Qualifications:
-Very good English language and literature skills.
-Sound knowledge of Press/Stamping tooling (Single operation/Progression), at least 5 years experience would be preferred in the role of toolmaker or designer.
-Experience in Microsoft Office/Word/Excel and projects would be advantage but not essential as training will be provided. However, basic computer skills are essential.
The job holder will report administratively to CBBC's office manager in Shenzhen, and functionally will report to and be supported by Sertec in the UK.
