职位描述及要求:
Working Location: Raffles office, Shanghai
Major work activities:
-Co-ordinate with customer service to issue quotations, new as well as updated ones and to follow up and monitor with the quotations
-Make sales calls and sales visits toward existing / potential customers on a weekly basis and to prepare monthly report for these activities
-Create and follow up with sales leads and to take respective actions
-Set up yearly budget in cooperation with the local and overseas management including a list of existing client and target client, budget goals and a detailed review of the last year including explanations of why what happened.
-Promote the sales of the trade lane by overseas traveling once a year and to co-ordinate the visit and arrange joint sales calls accordingly when overseas visitors come to Shanghai
-Act as the interface of the customers to Schenker for credit application and to follow up with the monitoring and control of the credit issues according to the agreements made
-Advise and support the client on complaints or claim issues and to take follow up actions
Key qualifications:
EDUCATION:
-University graduate major in International Trade, Business Administration or relevant
SKILLS:
-Good command of English in both speaking and writing
-Good communication and interpersonal skill
EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE:
-2 or more years experience as sales, customer service in forwarding business or other relevant service industries
-Knowledge of International Trade and relevant Laws, Regulations, Process and Procedures
