Responsibilities:
Communicates with customers to meet their requirements
Coordinates with both domestic and overseas colleagues for all assigned works
Key in billing and document data into computer
Make various reports based on service commitment

Qualifications:
At least 3 years of working Experience in similar position of Air Forwarding companies, being familiar with air export procedures, Customs requirement, etc.
Detail oriented, can work under pressure, meet deadline
Good computer skill
Good command of English, both oral and written. English level: GET-4
