职位描述及要求：
Responsibilities
Support company IT facility installation, configuration and testing, improve performance and capacity to meet continuous business growth.
Provide support by designing infrastructure solutions to meet business application needs.
Train business users on IT facility and software concepts and functional skill.
Adheres to all changes and problem management polices and procedures.
Primary Working Activities
Provide office network, computer and peripheral facility service.
PABX and IP telephony trouble shooting.
To be involved in project implementation.
IT facility documentation.
DHCP, DNS, proxy, WINS, FTP and AD server administration.
Conduct user training on IT facility utilization.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in computer science or equivalent combination of education or experience.
CCNA / MCSE certification preferred
Technical Skill Requirements
Experience in office network trouble shooting
Possess knowledge of computer and peripheral facility support.
Possess knowledge of Microsoft software.
Knowledge of TCP/IP, Internet/Intranet framework and voice communication concept.
Specialized Skill Desired
Service attitude.
Excellent communication skill.
Good command of English, written and spoken.
Self-motivated team player
Able to work independently and under pressure.
Ability to technical writing.
