Responsibilities:
* Communicating with various customers to meet their requirements
* Coordinating with both domestic and overseas colleagues for all assigned works
* Keying in billing and document data into computer
* Making various reports based on service commitment

Qualifications:
* At least 2 years of working Experience in similar position of Air Forwarding companies, being familiar with air import procedures, Customs requirement, etc.
* Detail oriented, being able to work under pressure and meet deadline
* Good computer skill
* Good command of English, both oral and written, GET-4 or above
