职位描述及要求：
Work scope:
Support Sales Manager and Project manager Overseas Exhibitions
Generate exhibitor lists and statistic data of overseas exhibitions, focus Germany
Contact exhibitors and collect shipment information
Arrange collection and labeling of cargo, export documents and container loading
Communication with agents and subcontractors to guarantee smooth transfer of shipment
Provide shipping information to overseas offices and/ or destination agents

Requirements:
Minor experience in freight forwarding, preferred in fairs and exhibition logistics
Fluent in written and spoken English
Good computer skills, especially knowledge in MS Office
Flexible and independent working style
