Work scope:

Lead and supervise domestic exhibitions as responsible PM

Actively support sales activities for domestic exhibitions

Main contact person to clients and overseas colleagues for respective fairs projects

Providing quotations and shipment handling information/ instructions to clients and overseas customers

Document handling for import/ export customs clearance on permanent and temporary basis

Arranging import of exhibition shipments in cooperation with our existing subcontractors and partners

On-site coordination and disposition of on-site personnel

Arranging return shipments by air/ sea and land transport

Invoicing to clients and overseas offices

Shipment costs control and profit & loss responsibility for respective fairs projects

Handling and administration of business statistics


Requirements:

Minimum 5 years experience in fairs and exhibition business

Customs broker license would be preferred

Fluent in written and spoken English

Good computer skills, especially good knowledge in MS Office

Flexible and independent working style

Willingness to work on different fairgrounds in China and go on business trips
