职位描述及要求：
OEM PROJECT DEVELOPMENT 　
Layout definition Provide all material for installation to the responsible worker
Prepare the BOM of each project
Give full support for installation, including personal cooperation during the job
Fill the installation check list
Test execution Perform all necessary tests for each projet development
Calibration Perform the calibration in order to achieve the target set into the project technical agreement (driveability, performance, emission)
Reporting Track the daily activity, including calibration, vehicle test, installation.
Give full technical support after the SOP Answer client request (email, telephone), if necessary inspect vehicles in the field
SUPPORT TO OTHER DEPARTMENT and COMMUNICATION WITH AM AND OEM CLIENTS
Technical training Perform technical training according to the suggested schedule of MKT Dpt. or client requirement
Troubleshooting Answer client request (email, telephone), if necessary inspect vehicles in the field
Technical feedback to Tec and Mkt Dpt about Systems and Components performances and Quality problems on the field Product quality track
Work in compliance with TDS and QE for traking Quality problems and output technical solution to clients

Qualification： 　 　
1 Bachelor or Master Degree in Mechanical or Automotive field
2 Availability to travel
3 Good interpersonal and communication skill
Language： Good English skill (writing, speaking, reading and listening)
The knowledge of a second foreign language can be a criteria for evaluation, especially if Japanese, Korean or Thai
IT Skill： Familiarity with Microsoft Office and at least one CAD Sw. Basic knowledge of, at least, one programming language
