Job Title: Sourcing Engineer
Organization: Purchasing & Logistics Dept.
Report to: Purchasing & Logistics Manager
Business Area: Automotive
Function Area: Sourcing & Procurement

Responsibilities:

1. Participate in the work of maintaining and develop a supplier base for Landi Renzo components;
2. General purchase order management on quality, cost, and delivery, issue purchase order in SAP system and follow up;
3. Support SM and R&D department on supplying of new purchasing parts;
4. Regular contract management with the supplier base. Perform background research and analysis for major local sourced parts and new projects;
5. Supplier management: tacking with supplier performance on quality, commercial and delivery, follow up with complain & supplier quality issues;
6. Participate in the new project of global sourcing parts, perform supplier qualification, PPAP, commercial and processing quality control;
Management of documentation includes drawings, contract, orders, etc.

Knowledge/Experience:
1. 3+ years experience in tech/quality/purchasing;
2. Knowledge on automotive & electric products;
3. Knowledge & experience in supplier qualification and processing quality control. Well practice on the tools of TS16949 such PPAP, SPC and FMEA;
4. Knowledge on Project Management, Supply Chain management and Lean Manufacture;
5. Experience in global sourcing projects;
6. Good communication and negotiation skills.
