职位描述及要求：
大学本科以上机械工程类振动与噪声专业毕业，具备2年以上工作经验，在铁道部相关机构或企业工作过者优先考虑。本岗位要求具备良好的英语听说写能力，首先将担任起潘得路(Pandrol)铁道扣件公司欧洲总部与中国公司及中国客户之间的联络与技术支持工作，随后会参与或负责潘得路扣件在中国本地化的技术转移工作。作为职业起步，其开始时的岗位描述与工作任务如下（以下英文）：
1. To assist in providing liaison between the customers within Ministry of Railway and Metro Companies in China, and the Pandrol Ltd. Technical Department with respect to technical aspects of Pandrol rail fastening and track support products supplied by Railtech China in the People's Repubilc of China.
2. To provide technical support and all progresses for all work carried out in the track application in China, and to communicate with the Railtech China Technical Manager, and the Technical Managers/Engineers in the Pandrol Ltd and Pacific office to ensure timely delivery of information, drawings and reports.
3. To assess the technical content of Chinese technical specifications and standard By initiating applications engineering or product development work ,to ensure that Pandrol is able to offer products and services which are compliant with Chinese technical specifications and standards.
4. To respond to Chinese language technical enquires, ensuring that any responses are consistent with company policy and are communicated to all parties e.g. Railtech China, Pandrol Ltd., and Pandrol Asia Pacific office, as appropriate.
5. To represent Pandrol and Railteh China in making technical presentations in china, when requested to do so and to co-ordinate the organisation of visits by Chinese technical representatives to Pandrol facilities or installation outside China.
6. To provide day-to-day technical support to customers buying Pandrol products in China.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Engineering education to degree level, with at least 2 years experience in the railway industry. The job holder must by able to speak and write effectively in both English and Chinese and must be familiar with the organization and culture of the Chinese railway industry.
It is also important for the job holder to be able to communicate with people at all level, inside and outside the company.
Some knowledge of theory of noise and vibration generation and propagation an advantage.

Joint: Suitable scientific methods and techniques to apply to problems appropriate use of existing resources.
