The Job:

To answer general enquires.
To handle major customers according to consolidation procedures.
To contact vendors for booking and validate booking against consignee's purchase order.
To contact vendors, shipping lines and warehouse for shipping arrangement.
To ensure clearance documents well prepared.
To communicate promptly and professionally with vendors, agents, consignees and oversea offices.
The Qualifications:

College graduate or above.
2 years working experience in shipping or freight forwarding field.
Good command of English.
Familiar with Micro software and PC operation.
Customer oriented, attention to details.
