职位描述及要求：
工作职责

1、 领导部门团队开发贸易业务，完成业务的洽谈、签约和风险控制；
2、 负责分析研究外贸市场行情、开发贸易市场销售渠道；
3、 负责大客户联络、沟通，为客户提供外贸咨询、代理服务；
4、 负责控制和督促贸易订单的生产管理、进程及质量；
5、 团队下属的管理、考核、晋升工作；
6、 其他贸易相关的商务及非商务工作。

任职资格
1、 大学本科及以上学历，国际贸易、外贸英语类相关专业；
2、 3年以上相关领域管理工作经验，有外企相关领域工作经历者优先考虑；
3、 熟悉贸易工作的各项流程及相关法律法规，熟知贸易术语、物流、报关及税务知识；
4、 具有较强的听、说、读、写能力，熟练操作电脑办公软件；
5、 具有良好的管理、沟通、处理问题的能力，良好的谈判技巧，责任心强，抗压性强。
