广州市番禺粤新造船有限公司是于1999年7月，由原番禺潭州造船厂改制后成立的民营企业。地处广州市番禺区，毗邻珠江，在广州和珠海之间，水运和公路交通非常方便。
公司现占地面积8万平方米，拥有室内船台5座，浮船坞3座，钢板预处理生产线，船体加工，装焊，分段制作车间，钢结构制作加工生产线；各类制作加工设备齐全，其中包括自动焊接，自动切割，弯板机，肋骨弯制机，折边机，剪板机，喷沙除锈装置等。具有建造5000吨一下各类船舶。先年造各类船能力达50000吨。
公司现建造的船舶包括：油田平台供应船，挖泥船，干货驳，集装箱船，危险品船和特种船，拖船。
公司现有员工1800人，其中专业人才200多人。中高级工程师20人。取得广东省甲级船舶设计资格证，可担负各类中小型船舶的设计开发和改装设计工作。
公司被广东省列为主要造船出口企业之一，获有国家经贸部自经营出口业务资格，自1999年以来，出口多艘船舶。

  Yuexin Shipbuilding Ltd, locates in Guangzhou City, on side of Pearl River, covering an area of 90,000 m2, set up in 1999. It is one of the best private shipyards in South China,is a manufacturer specialized in Marine Electric Apparatus Factory.
  We have delivered more than 30 vessels, a majority of small size to middle size offshore support vessels and tugs with 5,000 BHP to 8,000 B HP, for clients from Far East, Middle East, South America and so on. In the near future, we will engage in building larger size offshore support vessels up to 16,000 bhp with more complex functions.
  Now the Shipyard has 7 building berths and two dry docks. More than 100 senior engineers are joined to our company. And 1,500 staff are occupied in the Shipyard. Efficient and professional project management teams operate shipbuilding projects from contract negotiation to vessel delivery. The shipyard delivered more than 10 vessels since 2004.
