职位描述及要求:
General Purpose
Provides general services, administrative and/or secretarial assistance on BG/HG/Company level.
Main Responsibility Area
May need to perform any of the following:
Providing support to individual executives and/or BG/HG management team members.
Responsible for researching and compiling special reports, presentations, organisation charts, etc.
Responsible for different communication tasks.
Performing complex administrative activities and substitute for others (absence\sickness).
Coaching/solid line manager responsibility for administration staff. Arranging business critical internal/external events.
Scope
Individual Contributor - Participates as individual contributor to team, with extensive experience in function. Makes decisions affecting own work within set parameters, elevates others. Reviews priorities with supervisor. High personal or low collegial interaction.
Impact
Accountable for quality and accuracy of own output.
Responsible for contribution to teamwork.
Errors may have impact on function/project/customer.
Key Tasks
Takes care of travel arrangements and expense claims within a team/department.
Takes care of meeting arrangements
Arranges different kinds of internal and external events (e.g. department, customer).
Takes care of the posting/checking invoices.
May take minutes in different meetings.
Gives office & tools related support (movements, access cards, badges, extra office supplies, mobile phones, Secure ID cards, and miscellaneous support.
Administrates communication in a team/department: team rooms (ordering, categories, content, updating, access rights, filing) and other team/department related communication e.g. intranet pages.
Shares info on mutual matters e.g. Nokia policies, practices & announcements and takes care of guidances, e.g. holiday lists
Gives support in producing presentation materials.
Arranges induction for new employees and other secretaries including also a support to manager in giving induction for new team/department member/s.
Updates Organization charts (knows the organisation and its strategy).
Develops and improves secretarial related tasks e.g. pilots applications which are needed in own work.
May have specific project specific assistance tasks (to be agreed separately).

Individual Portfolio
Highly skilled in multiple technical/admin areas across mutiple functions/products.
Vocation training/qualifications required.
Typically in position 7-10 years based on performance.
Environment
Tasks of moderate complexity requiring some discretion and independent judgment. Carries out tasks/activities according to assignment and set guidelines. Moderate degree of supervision and coaching needed.
