Job Responsibility岗位描述:
Develop the overseas agent, Handling the business between the agents
负责开发与联络海外代理
- Deal with sea inquiries and settle related problems, pro-actively foresee and prevent major service failures.
处理海运咨询以及相关的问题，预防风险
- Ultimately responsible for the service level to all clients within the group.
负责团队的服务水平的不断提高
- Ensure and optimize the best possible customer-service level delivered to clients and continuously seek operational and costing saving improvements in day to day operation.
负责确保提供优质的服务，在日常工作中不断的改善
- Keeping market-oriented awareness to make good balance between competitive cost and qualified capacity seeking.
随时关注市场动向，保障成本与服务的平衡

Job Requirement岗位需求:
- Bachelor Degree or above.
大专以上学历
- Minimum of 3 years experience in forwarding industry in similar roles.
3年以上相关工作经验
- Well round understanding of sea freight operation process and local policies with strong operation management skills.
熟悉海运的整个操作过程与海运的相关政策
- Teamwork spirit, highly motivated, well-organized, customer focused, high sense of responsibility, good analytical, negotiation and communication skills is necessary.
具有团队精神、积极性高、良好的组织能力与服务意识，高度负责，良好的分析能力与沟通技巧
- Excellent written and spoken English
精通英语
- Sound computer skills, familiar with MS Office. (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
能熟练的操作电脑
