Facing the global market, the group mainly produces petroleum and natural gas exploration related drilling tools, petroleum tubulars, equipments, as well as special steel, along with complementary coating, coating materials, internal & external anti-corrosion, welding consumables, and etc, and becomes a key supplier in each fields.
Running on fast track for many years, the group has created a value chain, which covers most of its products. Taking the processes of its core products, drill pipe, other drilling tools, OCTG, and line pipe, for example, steps like pipe rolling, heat treatment, friction welding, pipe process, holiday inspection, chemical and physical tests, and storage & logistics, will be implemented by its specialized affiliates harmoniously from the very beginning, to the end with top quality finished products. Plus, some other affiliates taking up the complementary works of hardbanding, internal coating, and external anti-corrosion, have already become leaders in their fields. Even the raw materials of these works, hardbanding consumables and coating materials, are supplied by affiliates in the group. This effectively wipes out the possibility of production bottleneck, and also assures and improves quality and performance of the core products in terms of raw materials. In consequence, it allows longer market life of product and better service to clients.
During the long-term service in petroleum and natural gas industry, the group has established firmed cooperation relationships with the top three petroleum companies in China, CNPC, Sinopec, and CNOOC, and become one of their key product and service suppliers.
