职位描述及要求：
1.培训带班长和操作员工按照工艺要求生产。
2.及时解决生产线发生的问题，经常查看设备运行状况，若有问题，协助解决。
3.品质改善，提高产品合格率。
4.编写作业指导书，规范工艺要求。
5.制止和反映不符合要求的操作方法。
6.改进工艺，降低成本并提高生产效率，新物料测试。
7.对新产品或高难度的产品，要做测试，并跟踪结果，对有特殊控制要求的产品，要提出建议和检验方法。
8.新生产线调试。
9.支持产品工程师完成TOP3产品缺陷改善。
10.持续提高各个相关制程的生产过程能力。
11.每天要关注生产纪录，报废记录，并追踪最终MRB板的报废情况。对生产线开出的停产报告要调查原因和提出建议改善措施。
12.协助产品工程师、QA，完成客户审核。
