职位描述及要求：
任职要求： Good command in both analog and digital, with RF knowledge preferred;
Familiar with microcontroller, PLC etc;
Skillful using Protel, PowerPCB, AutoCAD or others similar softwares,
Able to design and layout PCBA; With Labview7.0 or above skills will be preferred;
Good command in English

职位职责： Design Test fixture and generate Test solution;
Test characterization with test programs development and debugging;
Continuous test solution optimization for efficiency imrpovement;
Test yield analysis, yield monitoring and yield improvement in mass production; Training technician and operator to support the production;
