职位描述及要求：
任职要求： 1. Bachelor degree of engineering with Electronics, Material Engineering or Mechanical, Automatization;
2. Minimum 2-3 years experience in process or customer quality area. Experience in PCB/FPC is a plus;
3. Familiar with advanced product quality planning(APQP) and/or project quality management; In depth knowledge of quality tools such as SPC, PPAP, MSA and FMEA, process capabilities, data collections and presentations, prefer to grasp IPC series standard(IPC-610, IPC-6013 etc);
4. Good command of both oral and written English, must be able to use oral English to discuss with customers and write formal English reports;
5.Enjoy the challenge of working under pressure to meet relevant requirements, ability to support the oversea team to resolve any quality issues timely.

职位职责： 1.To handle quality issues or concerns from customer who are located in globe, good communication with customer complete final 8D report to customer correctly;
2. Lead an internal team among different departments to perform problem investigation through 8D methodology to find root cause and take exact actions discussed with the whole team, and follow up the implementation of all actions. Submit improvement plan weekly or monthly;
3. Visit to customer both internal and overseas if necessary, e.g. report presentation customer application or important face to face meeting/discussing. Conduct RMA reviewing work in customer site and complete confirmation report, take related corrective actions for improvement;
4.Work with plant in cross function team as one of APQP team member for quality documents and yield improvements, establish and transfer products quality requirements/criteria to company inside;
5.Any other duties assigned by company and superior.
