职位描述及要求：
任职要求： - University graduated, better majored in electrical/electronic engineering, or equivalent.
- Good skill as coordinator to solve problems among different departments. 　
- With working experience in improvement actions planning and reporting.
- 2 years of working experience, better in electric/electronic factory
- Basic ESD knowledge


职位职责： - Continuously improve plant ESD in deep details per international stardard.
- Perform the regular ESD audit weekly per schedule.
- Follow up corrective actions tightly with different departments per audit findings.
- Lead ESD technicians to do daily ESD measurements and inspections everywhere.
- Also, continuously improve plant 5S with 5S committee members.
