Requirements:
- 5-7 years sourcing experience in craft products.
- Works/have worked for a major buying office, overseas importer, or buying agents.
- Fluent in English communication.
-  Locate in Shanghai or Shenzhen, willing to travel frequently.
Responsibilities:
- According the sales objectives to lead merchandiser to carry out product presentation to customers.
- Control the venders and coach the merchandising team to handle the skill in dealing with the customers and the vendors.
- Anticipate problems and provide solutions to resolve them. Supervise the merchandising team in order processing and keep track of the delivery status.
- Cooperate with QA and QC team in the quality control process and to ensure that the product's quality meet with the customer's quality standard.
