职位描述及要求:
Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be responsible for driving business targets of the SME Banking segment. Specific duties include selling and marketing of the Bank’s full range of financial services and other products including Trade, Cash Management, Treasury and Investment, identifying and developing new customers, managing and strengthening existing customer relationships as well as implementing agreed business plan to achieve sales/revenues targets. You will keep yourself abreast with SME market developments to achieve better customer service and sharpened sales focus. You will assist in the formulation of sales and service strategies and generate creative ideas on customer acquisition and products/services. Working closely with Credit Analysts, you will also ensure high quality credit submissions.
Requirements:
-Degree in banking/finance or other related disciplines preferred
-Relevant experience with a proven track record corporate sales, especially SME Banking or Corporate Banking
-Knowledge of operational procedures, documentation requirements, banking practices and regulations related to SME banking is an advantage
-Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills
Strong passion in sales & results oriented
-Good corporate credit assessment skills
-Dynamic, resilient and possesses strong determination to succeed
