职位描述及要求：
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / CHALLENGES:

Undertake periodical Quality Assurance Review on Underwriting & Documentation of Personal &/or Mortgage Loans.
Ensure compliance to internal policies (Group/Country Policies, PDD, CCPM, DOI & DOA) and external policies (Local Regulations & Basel).
Participate in projects to examine and analyze effectiveness of controls / policies / procedures (including fraud prevention controls).
Prepares QA Reports and ensure data accuracy, completeness and timely submission of reports.
Undertake periodic monitoring (self-assessment) activities and escalate findings and or breaches when they occur.
Ensure sufficient actions are undertaken to mitigate, reduce or contain the identified risks in an appropriate and timely manner.
Proactively communicate with the UORM on risk issues. Escalate significant events to UORM / Unit Managers as appropriate.
Ensure proper functioning of day to day controls, periodic monitoring and timely resolution of risk issues.
Review quality of controls, including validation of Key Control Self Assessment (KCSA), within the business units of the assigned portfolio and provide input from the OR perspective the end to end process of the assigned portfolio.
Prepare MIS report for QA and OR related issues.
Support implementation of Operational Risk Management and Assurance (ORMA) Framework and other OR initiatives for the Unit.

SELECTION CRITERIA:

Bachelor degree or above, major in business administration or related subjects.
Relevant working experiences in banking or other financial institutions.
In-depth knowledge / experience in credit lending (Personal Loan &/or Mortgage Loan).
Good knowledge of Operational Risk Management is considered as a plus.
Sound knowledge on local regulatory requirements, banking practices and requirements.
Excellent communication skills in written and spoken Mandarin & English.
Excellent teamwork spirit, interpersonal skills & attention to details.
Good learning attitude, able to work under pressure and keen to grow.
