职位描述及要求：
Scope Of Role:

-Execute GTO China process management and optimizations strategies in business functions to continuously improve operations quality and efficiency.
-Execute GTO China finance and control strategy.
-Execute GTO China HR/Organization development programs.
-Assist business planning head to support CIO governance activities.

Key Responsibilities/Challenges:

1. Support the business planning head to deliver and operationalize the effective process management framework.
2. Execute the approved process management strategies to achieve the measurable targets of processes excellence.
3. Execute hr and finance management strategies in GTO China.
4. Lead identified business process optimizations projects in business functions including WBO, CBO, Technology and Hub operations.
5. Support CIO governance activities.

Selection Criteria:

-Structured and logical thinker with good analytical and problem solving skills
-Business analyst working experiences
-Process management and optimizations working experiences
-Good knowledge/experiences of the project management discipline
-Bachelor's degree or above
-7~8 working years
-Effective interpersonal and communications skills in both written and verbal
-Leadership skills to manage a team
