Key Responsibilities/Challenges:
- Work with Biz head in aligning business and people strategies.
- To ensure an effective management of Human Resources functions to be in line with overall standards, policies and procedures
- Integrates HR products to provide solutions and solve problems.

-Has generalist experience in HR Relationship role.
-Assertive, tenacious and willing to challenge when required.
-Highly self driven, setting stretching goals for self and teams, and continually pushing for results.
