职位描述及要求:
Job Scope:
To provide support to the Head - HR in developing & maintaining healthy employee relations all over the bank's operations in the country.
To ensure that there is a healthy employer employee relationship through building strong network with all local regulatory authorities and dealing directly with local Union representatives, Labour Welfare Committee & SCB Management Committee as appropriate.
To contribute to the development, implementation & continuous improvement in ER & HR initiatives.
Job Description:
- Provide professional support to Human Resources and others with respect to interpretation and application of employee relations and associated policies, practices, country labour laws and procedures.
- Review and advise as appropriate on employee related matters to ensure compliance with local laws, group standards and acceptable management practices.
- Review, establish and recommend Employee Relations policies and procedures to enable the business deliver its strategy.
- Advise the management team on issues relating to Industrial Relations, Collective Bargaining and Employee and union management Relations.
- Ensure that all staff related policies, procedures and practices comply with local regulatory requirements, reflect best practice and are within Group directions.
- Establish operational risk controls, key risk indicators and risk management procedures relating to ER and the day-to-day management of the HR function.
- Provide guidance to the HR Risk Management Team to develop control measures & monitoring mechanism under ORMA.
- Execute miscellaneous job-related projects / duties as assigned.
- Proactively engage Regulators periodically to get the maximum support for the Bank's initiatives
- Play a key role in Employee engagement program
- Support HRRM/Line Manager to exit poor performer
- Custodian of Employee Discipline and Grievance policy
- Represents Bank's employee issues in Mediation Centre and various courts as and when require
- Implementer of ER strategy in the country
Requirement:
- Education : Post-graduation Degree / Diploma in Human Resources.
- Additional Degree in Law is preferable
- Knowledge of laws & case laws.
- Tactical & Interpersonal skills.
- High sensitivity to the social, economic and political environment.
- Good networking with Regulators in the country
