职位描述及要求：
Principal duties:
- Update compliance manual and compliance plan
- Arrange compliance training to branch staff
- Liaise with local authorities (CBRC, PBOC and SAFE) closely, ensure the management is updated all compliance regulations and issues
- Regular check of PBOC, SAFE on-line system
- Monitor the timely local report submission by branch respective departments

Details of duties:
- Update compliance manual both in English and Chinese and compliance plan
- Arrange compliance training to branch staff from time to time, ensure all staff are well trained on all
latest regulations and rules
- Administration of SAFE, PBOC and CBRC regulations
- Liaison officer with SAFE, PBOC and CBRC
- Preparation and submission of compliance reports to H.Q. and local CBRC
- Monitor the PBOC, CBRC and SAFE email inbox regularly for new regulation updates and notices
- Regular check of PBOC, SAFE on-line systems: AML system, BOP system, credit system, foreign debt system, FCY account system, Personal FCY conversion system, etc., ensure all system data are accurate and punctual.
- Monitor the timely local report submission by branch respective departments
- Compliance review on operation workflow
- Attend monthly local compliance meeting held by GFBLC GZ
- Perform other assignments requested by the management from time to time
