职位描述及要求：
土建工程师

按公司的要求按时保质保量的完成各项土建工程项目。

Job Responsibility
（工作职责）：
1对公司的新增土建项目进行可行性研究、制定进度表。
2制定技术方案，和采购一起确定供应商或施工单位。
3对项目施工现场管理，确保项目能安全、按时、按技术要求完成。
4做好工程项目的验收、技术交接，协助财务部做好固定资产转移工作。
5负责生产性零星工程的可行性、实施、跟踪和验收工作。
6完成大项目（需要多个技术工种共同完成的项目）中的所需分配子项目的工作。
7完成部门所交给的其他工作。
