职位描述及要求：
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Provides Safety/Environmental leadership for project site and establishes vision and strategy by translating the business plan into a Safety/ Environmental plan with key Priorities.
2. Uses higher level knowledge and skill in selected Safety/ Environmental issues to provide guidance and mentoring in those areas for other safety/environmental professionals.
3. Diagnoses, develops & implements strategic plans to support the key Safety/ Environmental Priorities including but not limited to the reduction in risk of safety, RIR, CODI, etc.
4. Being a member of Hangzhou EHS Team and acts as advisor to other Sr. Level Mgmt by being a safety expert and driving for results through comprehensive Safety/Environmental leadership.
5. Develops solutions to a variety of complex safety and environmental problems.
6. Develops strategies to counteract unique Safety/Environmental problem areas within Owens Corning.
7. Maintains a working knowledge of current regulations and participates in representation with outside agencies.
9. Promotes the well-being of and injury-free lives for all employees

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor in EHS or related field.
