职位描述及要求：
Responsibilities
1.General Management of plant finance department.
2.Ensuring the validation and issuance of the statutory and consolidated financial reports, as requested by the Chinese law (local GAAP) and by Owens Corning (US-GAAP) ; supporting the continuous improvement of reporting tools ;
3.Implement financial policy & procedure according to group rule in particular in regards with the Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) rules applied to US listed companies.
4.Final control of standard cost & monthly costing calculation and analysis, Ensure leading role in cost reduction and synergy initiatives ;
5.Prepare Annual budget /Rolling Forecast /Monthly actualization analyze.
6.Control & approve T&E reimbursement /supplier contract (PO) / payment.
7.CAPEX follow up and control.
8.Other task assigned by the Company
9. Knowledge on Tax and Investment project evaluation experience will be appreciated

Requirements:
1.University Degree in accounting
2.Financial background &10 + years Finance working experience
3.3+ years at Management position in JV company
4.CPA + / excellent English / good communication
5.Honest / Working under high pressure/ leadership
