POSITION SUMMARIES
Lead regional sales team to reach the sales target


MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Develops sales tactics and lead the regional team members to achieve the revenue and gross margin plan within the region with the appropriate product mix
2.Works with marketing and other supporting functions to ensure efficient service to customers.
3.Train and develop regional team members, providing ongoing coaching and counseling.
4.Build the channel optimization and development to achieve regional target
5.Execute pricing tactics and ensure the A/R collection level
6.Provides key communication linkage among sales, marketing and other functions.
7.Set up and maintain sales documents in line with company related certificates and procedure requirement.
8.Provide accurate sales forecasting at product level
9.Performs other related duties as required

ESSENTIAL POSITION QUALIFICATION
Education: College Degree in Business, but will consider Engineering, Technical or other Degree based on work history
Experience, Knowledge & Skill ?Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and sales
Mandarin and English written and speaking essential
Good experience in direct sales and account management in materials industry
Required to travel within China
Good negotiation/communication and influential skills
Good sales regional team management and leadership skills
