职位描述及要求：
POSITION SUMMARIES
Satisfy regional customers via quick order processing and accurate documentation
To be the focal point for all Greater China customers in regard to day – to – day co-ordination of customer service activities.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Fulfill every orders according to sales instruction set for routine or emergency
2.Confirm orders with sales authority, existing sales conditions and inventory availability
3.Monitor documentation daily internally (like order) and externally (like inventory report) and ensure order info input and output correct
4.Attend the Production or Supply Chain Meetings about inventory and production planning in order to shorten lead time of supplying customer by communication about demanding and availability
5.Check with Finance about customer payment arrival in order to make the delivery soon
6.Assist salesmen to get approval internally in case of authorized delivery concerning credit control according to company procedure
7.Track delivery arrival for key account by coordinating with Supply Chain
8.Collect and send out timely about invoice to customers after delivery
9.Update timely relative reports about order processing and delivery
10.Register / updated information in SAP if needed or necessary
11.Ensure new customer inquiries (by phone call) to be recorded and disseminated to the respective salesman concerned
12.Performs other related duties as required

ESSENTIAL POSITION QUALIFICATION
Education
Experience,
1.College Degree in Business or other related subjects
2.Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or supply chain
3.Mandarin and English written essential
4.Good experience in procedures of order follow up
5.Good communication internally and externally
6.Good Computer skills: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
