任职要求： - Bachelor degree, law background or management background is preferred
- At least 4 years HR training working experiences, especially in the organization development area.
- Proficiency in reading and written English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn, self-starting and open-minded
- Strong in problem-solving and able to work under pressure
- Familiar with the succession planning and other development program.
- Can act as the internal trainer

职位职责： - Under limited supervision, responsible for technical training roadmap implementation;
- Coordinate and evaluate the employee development and management training supplier
- Coordinate with all the department with the employee development and management training requirement
- Maintain the internal trainer group
- Implement the training structure and work flow
