职位描述及要求：
任职要求： 1.Four years university education in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering;
2.At least two years professional engineering experience on ME or PE and with Robots experience;
3.Can handle all but most technical and detailed aspects of job.

职位职责： 1.Process/Product Design Improvement--Continuous process improvement through SPC;Continous product improvement for ease/speed of assembly;
2.Operations & Training--Determine methods,materials,tools,required to reach production goals;training and certification of operators;
3.Project Management--Determine and implement continuous improvement goals and plans,monitoring of same,identify action and carry out plans to complete;
4.Quality/Prodution Support--Response to daily QC/Production problems/abnormalities.
5.Documentation--Organize initial BOM and ECN updates for product.Implement and maintain manufacturing processes.
