职责：
-配合公司发展政策，依据公司策略制定品牌市场推广方案，并协调销售团队保障实施成效，
-调查竞争对手，配合总部产品资源和产品线策略，设计有效的新品上市案，对终端效果和上市效果负责；
-组织针对不同类型目标群体的终端广告和公关活动，树立品牌对应的终端形象，辅助销售部门推动地区业绩；
-建立和优化区域广告合作商网络并不断优化，优化改善上市陈列设计、广告与促销案；支援销售部门实施公司批准的市场推广活动并进行效果评估
-完善内部督导机制，管理和培训促销人员和销售人员，强化推广方案的执行力和效果保障；
资质：
-本科以上学历，基本的英文沟通能力
-3年以上行业经验（小家电及主要快速消费品）的专业推广操作和策划经验；
-具备良好的市场经验和洞察力，数据准备和分析能力，以及创新能力；
-精通市场策划、广告宣传、市场推广、营销企划等市场业务流程环节
-良好的团队组织与协调工作能力，优秀的团队合作及敬业精神，能承受工作压力；
-35岁以下，有良好的职业记录
-可接受出差
