职位描述及要求：
职责:
1. 服从公司流程和规范要求，依据区域经理确定目标，完成各项运营指标包括销售指标，网络开发，销售回款等细节指标的达成；
2.实施区域内渠道的全面拓展,客户的开发，管理及维护，
3. 辅助区域经理进行重点客户的合同谈判；
4.负责所负责渠道内零售店面促销人员的工作监督和间接考评；
5. 负责根据公司整体预算，提报区域内促销活动需求，配合市场部完成活动的布置和实施；负责所负责渠道的常规促销活动设计，
依据公司流程进行审批申请和执行；
6.接受并熟悉绩效考核制度，服从公司的既定政策并积极推进；
7.协调其它区域中心，完成公司指令工作；

资质：
1. 大专以上文化程度
2. 拥有2年以上销售市场经验，有跨国公司（小家电产品）和知名家电业工作背景更佳，能够在业务拓展方面独挡一面；
3. 具备良好的自我目标管理能力，可承担较大压力，并具备独立开展工作能力；
4. 良好的执行能力和沟通能力，主动发现现有问题并提出解决方案；
5. 熟悉本地市场，了解市场状况和客户资源。
6. 可主动加班或在华东区域内定期出差或短期外派
